Otto is a district in Tsuchiura City, right next to my hometown, Tsukuba City. I often walked these streets to Otto Numa Park, which surrounds Otto Numa lake and has a playground for kids. When I visit my parents in Tsukuba, I still go to the park for walking or jogging. On the way, I cross a tunnel under Joban Highway, which connects Tokyo and Tohoku, and right next to the lake, there is a love hotel that gives a strange impression of surveillance; some people just had or about to have a sex might be looking at me running around the lake.
